Insurance

Child Psychological Services is a fee-for-service practice and does not participate directly with any insurance plans.  There are many benefits to this arrangement, including increased privacy for clients, greater clinical flexibility in the provision of services, and lower overhead costs.  As an out-of-network provider, Child Psychological Services is responsible and accountable only to our clients, which allows us to maintain loyalty, avoid conflicts of interest, and provide the best standards of care.

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company to which Child Psychological Services is not a party.  Should you elect to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company, you will need to inquire as to your benefits relating to services covered.  After each session or service, a receipt for services shall be provided that includes all the information necessary for submission of a claim, including the appropriate treatment and diagnostic codes, as well as the necessary information about the clinician providing the service.

Payments

For comprehensive assessments (including school neuropsychological assessments), several payment plans are available, including payment in full or payment in multiple installments.  For all comprehensive assessments, final payment is due at the interpretive meeting when the written report is provided.  For ADHD Testing, Executive Function Testing, Admissions Testing, or IQ Assessments, payment in full is due on the day of testing.
